On this page I share a snapshot of the dinners for one I cook each week.  It's partly to keep me on track. I mean, how many times can I share eggs on toast or a glass of wine before it gets embarrassing!  But it's also to show how to use ingredients across a week, how to 're-purpose' leftovers and what to do when menu planning goes astray and you (me) end up having to conjure up a meal out of whatever is available.
