'Recipes' is used somewhat loosely here. Some recipes, do indeed include a precise list of ingredients and measures. Others simply show the ingredients and how they were combined to make a meal. You can adapt quantities to your taste - and more importantly, how hungry you are!
Cooking for one means your more likely to have a fridge or cupboard with lots of odd 'bits and pieces' of things. In line with my philosophy of keeping it real and minimising waste my pictures of ingredients aren't always pretty! No little glass bowls or neatly measured and chopped things here! I show what they look like coming out of my cupboard or fridge!
This is done to help show how to cook with what you have, and hopefully spark ideas of how you might adapt a recipe based on what ingredients you have on hand.
